Join us for a heartwarming evening of festivity on Saturday 7 December, as the renowned Lord Mayor’s Gala Christmas Concert returns for its 62nd year!
This year’s Gala Concert will feature a rich blend of traditional Christmas favourites while also showcasing Cork’s vibrant multicultural community, all in support of local charities.
A spectacular line up will see talented soloists Majella Cullagh, Stephanie Rainey, Lady Fi and Kevin Walsh joined by the Cork Concert Orchestra and an ensemble of local talent including Pakie O’Callaghan, Montfort Youth Choir, Choral Con Fusion, Kylana Choir, Citadel and the Joan Denise Moriarty School of Dance.
As is tradition, the Gala Christmas Concert is a charity event and this year’s proceeds will go to Cork Penny Dinners, Inclusive Dance Cork and Balance Summer Camp, making it the perfect event to get into the Christmas spirit while fostering the spirit of giving at this special time of the year.
