This jam-packed weekend offered something for everyone!
The Everyman after Dark was a series of late-night events bringing together Irish folk singers, the innovative harmonies of contemporary singer-songwriters and the wild laughter of a comedy night featuring some of Ireland’s most acclaimed standup stars. Every night was followed by post-show entertainment in The Everyman bar.
On Friday night, singer-songwriter Jack O’Rourke with the Blarney Community Choir, plus special guests Emma Langford and Anna Mitchell, took to the stage for what was an inspirational night of musical delights.
Post-show entertainment: The Midnight Rambles (acoustic roots band featuring Hank Wedel, Davie Ryan, Hugh Dillion, Brian Hassett and guests).
On Saturday night, renowned musicians Ye Vagabonds, Iarla Ó Lionáird with Cormac McCarthy and Matthew Berrill, and Niamh Regan transported the audience to new musical realms.
Post-show entertainment: trad session featuring Conor O’ Sullivan, Pax Ó Faoláin and Lily Mundy.
On Sunday night, it was all about comedy!
With Vittorio Angelone, Alison Spittle, Bernard Casey and Andrew Ryan, plus Denis Len, Roger O’Sullivan, Sinead Quinlan, Richy Sheehy and Shawn Uyosa audiences were treated to an evening of belly laughs.
Post-show entertainment: Comedian DJs featuring Mark Maloney and Ross O’ Donoghue.
