Ciarán Bagnall

Ciarán Bagnall is the Creative Director for Prime Cut Productions, Belfast. He trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff and was made a fellow of the College in 2017.

In 2022 he was the Assistant Artistic Director of the Opening Ceremony of the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. In 2023 he was made an Honorary Member of the Chinese Institute of Stage Design and was presented a special award for international communication. His work was used to represent Irish Set/Performance Design at the Prague Quadrennial (PQ) in 2019 and he was invited back to exhibit again in 2023.
