Once purchased tickets can only be refunded in the event of a show being cancelled or a change of date and time.

Tickets can be exchanged, subject to availability, for another performance within the same run up to 24hrs before the original performance booked. Exchanges are subject to an €0.80 charge per ticket up to a maximum of €4.
